Staff seeks direction from City Council to proceed with involuntary annexation for property generally described as: All of the E1/2SW1/4 of Section 24 lying south of US Highway 16B right-of-way located in Section 24, T1N, R7E, BHM, Pennington County, South Dakota. All of the SE1/4 of Section 24 lying south of US Highway 16B right-of-way including Lot H2 in the NW1/4SE1/4 and Lot H2 in the NE1/4SE1/4 all located in Section 24, T1N, R7E, BHM, Pennington County, South Dakota. All of the W1/2SW1/4 of Section 19, including Lot H1 in units 6 & 6A of Southgate Commercial Condominiums in Government Lot 3, all located in Section 19, T1N, R8E, BHM, Pennington County, South Dakota less Lot H1 located in the NW1/4SW1/4 of Section 19, T1N, R8E, BHM, Pennington County, South Dakota.
